Shipping policy

1. Delivery times

• Priority shipping: 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday)
• Economy shipping: 2–4 working days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping starts 1–3 working days after receipt of payment.

2. Shipping partner

Within Switzerland we ship exclusively with Swiss Post.

3. Insurance and liability

• Parcels are insured against loss or damage up to CHF 500

4. Disclaimer

We accept no liability for lost, stolen or damaged parcels, as this falls within the responsibility of the shipping provider.
In individual cases, however, we offer goodwill solutions.

5. Delay notification

In the event of unexpected delays, we will inform you immediately by email.

6. Shipment tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow it.
