Refund policy
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the goods.
2. Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- snus and snuff (perishable goods with a limited shelf life)
- e-cigarettes, vapes and liquids whose seal has been removed after delivery
- goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed
- goods made to customer specifications
- other perishable goods or goods with a limited shelf life
4. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from a more expensive shipping method).
- The refund is made without undue delay
- The same payment method as for the original transaction is used
- You bear the cost of returning the goods
- You are only liable for any loss in value if it results from unnecessary use
